About The Company

    Labuhills Properties Sdn Bhd (Company No 340663-v) was first incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act (1965) on April 17th 1995, by the name of Sasbaru Sdn Bhd. Later, on April 1st 1996, we changed the Company name from Sasbaru Sdn Bhd to the present name of Labuhills Properties Sdn Bhd, primarily due to 2 reasons:-

(1) its location in Labu; and
(2) the land is hilly

    Therefore, we adopt the combination of two words namely "Labu" and "hills" to made it into our Company Name LABUHILLS.

The Registered Address of the Company is No. 2, Jalan Tuanku Munawir, 70000, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus.

    Labuhills Properties Sdn Bhd has involved in property management and investment since 1995. It is an associate company of Denbee Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 007265-V) which was incorporated in 1967 mainly in the oil palm estates, real estates business, and as well as stocks in listed companies.

    The main asset of the Labuhills Properties Sdn Bhd (LHP) is the 234.81 Acres Land Bank, which is located about 5 km North of Seremban City. The said Land Bank has obtained the Government Approval for conversion to a mixed-development project that spread out to 5 Phases which consists of more than 2000 units of single and double storey terrace, shop and office, bungalow, and semi-detached houses. The whole project is to be completed in 6 years as planned.

    The Phase 1 of the Project had been started in December 2002 which comprising a total of 251 units; and it has been fully sold and completed well ahead of statutory time allowed for completion. The relevant Certificate of Fitness for Occupation (CFO) had been issued, and it is more or less fully occupied for the moment.

    Our Company's aim and main objective of creating the exceptional size of houses derived from the prone belief that buyers are prone in upgrading their houses into a bigger and spacious house. Hence, we specially modify the structure, design and built-up to fulfil the needs and taste of the majority buyers at large.
